OVERVIEW
You have attended several statistics and methodology sessions. You know (or almost know) what terms like descriptive, correlation, case study, inferential, etc. mean, but now you’re trying to apply them directly in doing your learning achievements. You have done some brainstorming around your topic of interest and possible questions and have drafted research-able question or possible questions*.
This mixed-cohort session may be just what you need. Open to all 2nd, 3rd year and beyond students. The session will cover: (1) matching research designs to research questions, (2) population and sampling strategies, (3) operationalizing constructs/variables, (4) data collection approaches.

From Ideas to Researchable Questions session OR have formulated your research questions.
There is insufficient time in this session to cover both the development of questions and then move from questions to design.

This session is best suited for students who are working on or ready to work on their CRR, Research Redesign, or Dissertation Concept paper Learning Achievements. Come with your questions and be ready to work. This will be a fast-paced journey!
