Quantitative Concepts Inter Residency Drop-in

Quantitative Concepts Inter Residency Drop-in

HOST: Dani Chesson, PhD

OVERVIEW

It is a common misconception that quantitative research requires one to have superior mathematical abilities. Designed for those that find numbers and math intimidating, in this series of 90-minute Inter-Residency Sessions, we will explore common concepts of statistical analysis and how they help us explore our research interests. The goal of these sessions is to help develop a foundational understanding of statistical concepts and the role they play in our research.  You will not need any knowledge of or access to SPSS for these sessions.

PRE-REQUISITES

No pre-requisites.  Dani will start the sessions with a discussion of “typical” questions and then turn to participants for their questions.
