Comparative Statistics (three or more group comparisons—ANOVA and Post Hoc tests)

OVERVIEW
This 4-session sequence is designed to be hands-on and provide you with guidance on how to: run statistical tests using data from a shared dataset, interpret the output, and relate the output to findings in relevant journal articles. You will work with datasets and have some homework between sessions.
PRE-REQUISITES
- You should have a basic understanding of the statistical concepts for descriptive, comparative and correlational study designs.
- Copy of SPSS program on your computer or access to the Antioch Remote Access SPSS
NOTE: If you do not have a copy of the SPSS program, you may still join the session but won’t derive the same benefit as those with the program. You should have a basic understanding of the statistical concepts for descriptive, comparative and correlational study designs.
AUDIENCE
The August series is only for
- Students who are working on or ready to work on their CRR, Research Redesign, or Method ILA Learning Achievements; and
- Dissertation students who will need to use SPSS for analyzing some/all of their data.
Come with your questions and be ready to work!
